As Director of Client Services, Chris Castoro brings his longstanding experience with Cablevision directly to the client offering dedicated help desk support and agile trouble-shooting capabilities. Responsible for large projects involving network design and implementation and proficient in software applications that run the gamut from Blackberry Enterprise Server 3.6 thru 4.2 to Windows XP & Vista, Mr Castoro acts as LISS' most flexible resource for navigating the inevitable glitches indicative to the complex technological systems that keep today's businesses up and running. From end-user education to complex hardware upgrades, Mr Castoro has become the voice of the LISS team, extending not only the excellence of the LISS advantage to our clientele but also maintaining the long-term relationships that make LISS thrive. Mr Castoro attended SUNY Cobleskill and holds a diploma in Network Engineering from the Chubb Institute.
